3. SOCIAL NETWORKS PRIVACY POLICY

GULLÓN informs users that the company has profiles on the following social networks: Facebook, Instagram Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok mainly for the purpose of advertising the company’s goods and services. When you are browsing on social networks, GULLÓN processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Contact and user management: the personal data of users who contact GULLÓN through our social network profiles shall be processed in order to manage that contact, deal with requests and provide the services required, such as customer service and/or complaints, or incidents based on the management and processing of the legal relation established between the user and GULLÓN.
• Analysis of GULLÓN’s corporate reputation: analysing publications and references made by users and which are directly addressed to Gullón, for the purpose of discovering consumers’ opinions and the brand reputation, in order to enable us to improve our goods and services based on GULLÓN’s legitimate interests.
• Manage and process your participation in competitions offered through any of our social networks,: the processing of your data shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions established in the respective Legal Conditions of the Promotion that interested users may consult, and should expressly accept, prior to taking part in any promotion, and they may establish other specific processing purposes. Furthermore, your data shall be communicated to Notaries (in order to carry out draws before a Notary Public) and to the Public Authorities (in order to comply with tax obligations).

7. SECURITY

Regarding the personal data that the company collects, GULLÓN has taken and shall take in future any technical and organisational measures required to ensure their protection and prevent their alteration, loss, and/or unauthorised access, in the light of the state of the art, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which they are exposed, in compliance at all times with applicable regulations.

The relation established between you and GULLÓN shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Palencia.
